Who we are

This site is run by Graceful Home Cleaning Services, a cleaning and home support business based in Shrewsbury, Shropshire. You can reach us at info@gracefulhome.co.uk or 07723 821278. As a service-area business, we don't publish a business address, but that doesn't affect your ability to request a quote or get in touch, everything is handled by phone, WhatsApp, email, or the forms on this site.

What we collect

When you submit a quote request or contact form on this site, we collect the information you enter: typically your name, phone number, postcode, the service you're asking about, and optionally an email address or notes. This is sent directly to our business email through a form-processing service called Web3Forms. We don't use accounts, logins, or online payments on this site, so we don't collect anything beyond what you submit through a form.

What we do with it

We use this information solely to respond to your enquiry, provide a quote, and, if you go ahead, deliver the service you've booked. We don't sell your information or share it with third parties for marketing. It's shared only with Web3Forms as the processor that relays your form submission to us, and, where a job is booked, as needed to carry out the work itself.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry and client information only for as long as it's needed to respond to your enquiry or maintain our ongoing record of work for you. If you'd like us to delete your information, get in touch and we'll action that request.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR, you have the right to ask what information we hold about you, correct it if it's wrong, or ask us to delete it. To do any of this, email info@gracefulhome.co.uk.
